Sticky situation

1) My idea was developed by thinking of all the sticky situations there could be and I thought about an actual substance that is sticky and that's why I chose gum. I chose to make someone stepping on it because it has happened to me in the past.
2) No I wasn't I didn't really want to, I chose something simple for this assignment.
3) I used repitition in several ways, one was by adding the creases on the pant leg and repeating the design. Another way I used repition was by the 'Nike' logo which was done on the shoe and the sock.
4) I chose to use paint. I think it turned out alright overall, I didn't have much problem with it.

What's the point?

The theme of this art work was two warriors fighting in a dojo with large sharp swords, my favorite part of my drawing was the hands how they are formed and how they turned out.

Up Close And Personal

1) First I thought of many forms of Up Close and Personal. I then picked out various choices and decided to go with someone whispering into someone elses ear because whispering takes you to having to be up close and you're obviously not trying to be loud if you whisper and only wanting that person to know so that is how its personal.

2) I demonstrated emphasis in my work by adding shading to the face and the red lips.

3) The medium I chose to use was color pencil because I thought it'd go best with the type of drawing I was going for.

4) No I didn't take any risks because I didn't want my drawing to be ruined in the end.

5) In my opinion I think I used technique to form the side of the face and the hand used to whisper into the other persons ear.
